About Jona's kitchen

From architect student to full blown chef. Let me unfold my story…

 

As I started as an architect student, I had a parttime job at a restaurant in the kitchen. As I sporadically skipped school to pursue my career in the kitchen, my mother knew something else was brewing. I have invested my time and effort to become a chef and with 12 years of experience I am now a renowned chef in my hometown Rotterdam. However, something was still missing for me: “this is when I (Jona) explored the world of catering and left my job. There I could learn, share ideas, chat directly with my customers, get feedback on the job and enhance my craft.” I also specialize in working at festivals and bespoke dinner events.

Now, I added one more catering style, pop-ups, and that is catering deliciously prepared dinners as my current pop-up on 17 and 18 December.
